Seorang pelajar sekolah menengah atas (SMA) berinisial KV (16) mengemudikan mobil BMW menabrak pengendara motor berinisial HM (37) di Buaran Indah, Kota Tangerang. Polisi menyebut pelajar SMA yang menyebabkan kecelakaan itu tidak memiliki surat izin mengemudi (SIM).
“Belum, SIM belum ada. Dia umurnya masih 16 tahun, belum punya SIM,” kata Kanit Laka Polres Metro Tangerang Kota, AKP Badruz saat dihubungi, Selasa (11/3/2025).
Badruz menerangkan, saat ini kasus tersebut masih diselidiki oleh Polres Metro Tangerang Kota. Polisi mengatakan, mobil milik KV masih disita.
Kronologi Kecelakaan
Sementara itu, Kapolres Metro Tangerang Kota Kombes Pol Zain Dwi Nugroho menjelaskan, peristiwa itu terjadi di jalan arteri di samping Gerbang Tol Buaran Indah II, Kecamatan Tangerang, Kota Tangerang, pada Senin 10 Maret malam tadi.
Saat itu, motor yang dikemudikan pria inisial HM (37) dan mobil BMW yang dikemudikan KV (16) melaju dari arah Cipondoh menuju Benteng Betawi. “Saat melintas di TKP di jalan arteri pinggir tol tersebut, (mobil) menabrak belakang sepeda motor yang dikendarai HM,” ujar Zain.
