Lembaga Manajemen Aset Negara (LMAN) menggelontorkan dana senilai Rp10,57 triliun untuk pengadaan lahan Proyek Strategis Nasional (PSN) sepanjang Januari hingga 4 Oktober 2024.
“Untuk tahun ini, dari Januari sampai 4 Oktober kemarin, kami sudah merealisasikan Rp10,57 triliun,” kata Direktur Utama LMAN Basuki Purwadi saat taklimat media di Jakarta, Senin.
Pendanaan untuk lahan itu utamanya disalurkan kepada tiga sektor, yakni jalan tol senilai Rp7,91 triliun, bendungan Rp1,11 triliun, dan Ibu Kota Nusantara (IKN) Rp1,43 triliun.
“Kami baru melakukan pendanaan untuk IKN sejak pertengahan tahun lalu. Kalau ditotal dari pertengahan tahun lalu sampai saat ini, kita sudah merealisasikan Rp2,85 triliun untuk IKN saja,” paparnya.
Secara rinci, pendanaan pengadaan lahan oleh LMAN disalurkan kepada 126 PSN di delapan sektor, yakni jalan tol, bendungan, irigasi, air baku, jalur kereta api, pelabuhan, Kawasan Strategis Pariwisata Nasional (KSPN), dan IKN.
Realisasi pendanaan untuk jalan tol mencapai Rp112,18 triliun untuk 53 PSN sepanjang 2017 hingga 2024. Kemudian, realisasi dana pengadaan lahan untuk bendungan mencapai Rp14,44 triliun untuk 40 PSN, irigasi senilai Rp640 miliar untuk 5 PSN, air baku Rp130 miliar untuk 1 PSN, jalur kereta api Rp3,32 triliun untuk 10 PSN, pelabuhan Rp800 miliar untuk 1 PSN, dan KSPN Rp90 miliar untuk 1 PSN.
Adapun realisasi pendanaan IKN yang sebesar Rp2,85 triliun digelontorkan untuk 15 PSN.
Dengan demikian, realisasi dana pengadaan lahan oleh LMAN untuk 126 PSN sepanjang 2017 hingga 4 Oktober 2024 mencapai Rp134,45 triliun.
Bila ditinjau berdasarkan proyek, lima proyek yang menerima pendanaan terbesar dari sektor tol yaitu Tol Ngawi — Kertosono — Kediri (144 kilometer) senilai Rp1,27 triliun, Tol Yogyakarta — Bawen (75 km) Rp1,17 triliun, Tol Solo — Yogyakarta — Kulonprogo (93 km) Rp1,12 triliun, Tol Gedebage — Tasikmalaya — Cilacap (206 km) Rp1,10 triliun, dan Tol Rengat — Pekanbaru (31 km) Rp590 miliar.
